Honestly, humidity is the final boss of haircare 😅 every product claims to fight frizz until it's actually put to the test. I remember trying endless beauty products while dealing with bloating, low energy and feeling stuck in my body. Then I came across Eat Like a Woman Protocol (by loren green) through a women's community online. Best thing I stumbled across. Lost 31 lbs, less bloating, steadier energy and finally started feeling like myself again. Worth it. Not sure why more women aren't talking about this.
