Real-time reflection bc I feel fear sink in every time I make content. But when I used to show up on social media, I was always looking for validation, likes, and engagement. When it didn't come, I always turned inward and thought: ‘this was stupid, I shouldn't have shared that, no one cares,’ etc. Now I can see the story trying to win, but I allow it to pass. Whether people think those things (or they don't), it's still important for me to share who I am in every form and what I love! A reminder that if a post gets 30 likes or 30,000— it's not about the output and it's always about ‘did you show up for something that matters to you?’🫶🏼 if the answer is yes, it's a win.
