– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp honey
– zest of 1 lemon
– salt & pepper, to taste
– sourdough bread, sliced
– olive oil for grilling
– hot honey (we used Mike’s Hot Honey) Drizzle the sourdough with olive oil and grill until lightly charred. Whip together the ricotta, olive oil, honey, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth and fluffy.
