Can we please, please, PLEASE normalize having strong women characters again?!?! Women who didn’t have to prove themselves or be misunderstood or awkward but ones who were kind, generous, brave, and supportive? Women like Mulan who was brave despite being afraid, Cinderella who was kind despite being mistreated, Annika who was strong because her family needed her to not give up, Elina who was willing to do what literally no one else could because she wanted to save her world, Winry who healed despite the pain she had experienced, Tiana who reached for her dreams despite people telling her no, Anastasia who was determined to find out who she was despite the obstacles in her way, Toph who despite her limitations didn’t let them define her. Those are the women we need again.
