almond flour is sky high in calories, it works, it's delicious but is not the best option if your focused on weight loss...then we throw in avocado...that sandwhich is ballpark 600 calories if not more. healthy fats, good nutrition, really delicious food, but this one is not gonna help your weight loss!!

I made this 2 ways-- I toasted the almond flour then 1-with everything bagel seasoning 2- strawberries and honey. the first I ate as a sandwich, second I ate like a cake. both were really good!!!
