One of my cats doesn’t care about them, the other though?? You have to have a TIGHT hold on the stick or he WILL run away with it and try to eat the stick as well, he also growls when eating it which I’ve never seen him do?? Idk he’s a weirdo and he loves them

Can anyone tell me if outside/strays like catnip or it’s just the cats in my neighborhood. I basically watch over a foster cat but she doesn’t like the catnip I bought her and when I tried to give it to the strays they didn’t like it neither. Was it the brand? Or bc it was like dried version? Idk
