i loved art so much, drew at every chance i had, then one day my art teacher said to me “you’re going to turn out like your brother.” what he didn’t know was that all the time i’d hear from my mum “you’re going to end up like *enter this weeks family disappointment here*” and i stopped showing up to that class

hi gorgeous don't know if this is okay to say your mother didn't love you but everybody at school loved you white people ethnic people teachers you were probably the beautiful kind caring person you are now but we're masking a lot of abuse you must of hid it well just laughing and having fun but breaking on the inside

I hid my abuse for years, and even still spoke to my abuser, coz people would have thought it strange if I didn’t. I didn’t tell anyone until he died. I wish I hadn’t told them tho, it wasn’t received well 😞😞
