omgg im so late, but as someone who’s working to be a nail tech I feel so bad [cry]!! Why are these comments on her side I don’t understand! She didn’t even TRY to communicate and yes she doesn’t have to talk about it but she SHOULD if she wants to continue business because this is SO unprofessional! she had every right to decline services but she literally basically ghosted the customer that’s not how it should go as well as she said she could change it. I don’t get why post a story saying 25$ for basically ANYTHING if you don’t wanna do anything?.. and the fact that this has happened to multiple people is just so sad and she shouldn’t continue taking clients if she can’t be responsible for communicating with all of them .

Definitely bad on her end and SO unprofessional.. as a nail tech freestyle usually means like how you sent the pic of the phone case and WE have to personally come up with something creative on our own. Which is why it’s more, but you literally sent her other examples of nails, how you want it , (to help her out) so that was super rude to ghost you :/
