Many hospitals are already doing the right right thing and only hiring *Certified* Child Life Specialists (CCLS); however, without any regulations in place, some hospitals are taking advantage of this opportunity to undercut CCLS wages and expertise. This slippery slope could absolutely threaten hundreds of CCLS jobs nationwide. P.S. Thank you to all of the Certified Child Life Specialists who have sent messages of gratitude over the past week!!
