as a pharmacist - recalls happen every single day and like you said it’s usually only 1 batch. think about how many thousand batches go out from the manufacturer every day. also your pharmacy would notify you immediately if you did get that batch/ lot number. there’s absolutely no need to switch medications girl you’re totally fine

You should do a genesight test! How SSRIs affect your body can be genetic, so they have a genetic test for it to tell you which one would react best with your body. rather than switching around to all different meds and trial & erroring. Your psychiatrist usually can initiate it and most insurances cover it now!

You could wean off the daily anxiety meds and try prn hydroxyzine if you have a panic attack. That’s what I did. My dr tried giving me an SSRI…I politely declined and asked if I could have something in case of emergencies!
