when I keep watching this scene IT makes more sense, when I first watched it I was confused, but the more I watch it the more I realize. if you see someone as equal because YOU see how similar you are to them, and then they ruin it with wanting to work together. Just shatters your perspective on them and how equal you are to them. Alastor Respect Vox because he saw him as in equal in hell, vox inspired to be Alastor, Alastor Respected him. To Alastor vox asking him to team together broke what Respect and equal he had for vox then he saw him as weak for needing help. that's just what I think feel free to tell me I'm wrong :D
