It’s all an individual process. What’s good for me ain’t the same for you. Only suggestion is to watch your salt intake which could cause swelling the next morning. Even energy or hydration drinks can be high.

Very nice!. I start at a 1 and can end up about 5-6 on the left and start at a 0 and end around a 1-2 on the right. You will start understanding how your diet and weight affect your volume. Your attitude is so great, puts this old amputee in a great mood as well. You’re killing it!

Just take it easy and don't over do it. Have you been put in a shrinker, it keeps the stump from swelling. And you can sleep with it on, and you can put your leg on when you wake up.

Ouf I have an infection right now and every step is torcher, I do just use 1 crutch just to take the weight off on the opposite side side of the amputated leg,
