I’ve had this so many times but recently had the sweetest experience at coach! I had just finished up a big backpacking trip (literally had my huge osprey on and all) and was super transparent that I couldn’t afford a bag at the moment & I just wanted to see the one I’ve been eyeing off. She offered for me to try it on and was soooo sweet. I seriously don’t the Chanel workers approach :(

I use to work in a high end shop & 95% of the time the people who weren’t dressed classy would spend the most money. I once sold a $30k item to someone wearing jeans and a Nike top. I never discriminated against anyone for that they were wearing and always gave them the time of day because you never know, and it just human decency tbh!
