I never noticed people talking about this. And i'm very appreciative of this page so I just kind of wanna highlight it. It's very much glossed over that you are teaching people how to put you out of business, and that's an amazing thing to, number one, not care that youre teaching people to not need you but also that you have the thank you.Confidence to know that people will absolutely still want you for the quality of work.And what you do. I appreciate all the learning you give out. i intend to build my next home on my own.Because i've been burned by the dr.Hortons and such. I would never do this, it’s like at the end of the day you’ll always have a budget throw away pool. Just spend the money on a legit pool and no need for a deck. Waste of money in my humble opinion
