Dental assistant here flossing DOESNT shove food into you gums and cause decay and mouthwash doesn’t “clean” your teeth you have to remove the plaque first….

Yeah my dental place said my teeth will fall out next couple years if I don’t keep up because it’s becoming dangerous and I have gingivitis and bleeding gums! I brush and floss once every other day but need to keep up😭 I got yellow teeth I heard this whiten your teeth??
