It is a transformation process. Some experience and label transformation as death in their experience. Others call it new life. Whatever it is all participants label it as intense.

me 😭😭😭 everywhere i go i cause change or disruption even if it wasn’t wanted. sometimes im not even trying its just im so good at standing on my morals and changing and adapting when needed to, that it causes everyone around me to react. its pretty frustrating ngl cuz i don’t wanna have to be teaching or fixing every person i meet or every environment i enter but it still happens 😭
