Okay wait because this theory actually makes so much sense when you look at how eerie and glitchy Jax acts in the show! People are saying that the reason Jax never looks quite right or acts fully "normal" is because he isn't even alive anymore. Think about it: when he was human as Leeroy Mateo, he got into that huge, tragic fight, pushed his mom, and panicked. Then he’s running away from the public and the police, and people think he fell and actually died from the injuries while running away. If the company found his body, they wouldn't just be able to bring a dead human back to normal—so instead, they uploaded what was left of his data or his spirit into the digital circus system, turning him into the purple bunny we know today. That explains why he's so detached, why he's always hiding behind a cruel joke mask, and why his whole existence in the circus feels so haunting. It completely changes how you look at his entire character!
