I think this is super good advice! But I will still be getting my pink stethoscope and cute notebooks and highlighters😂I’m ADHD asf and can’t focus if it’s not cute and bright.

I’ve spent the last 7-8 years trying to become a nurse. I did all of my general education classes and then took a break for my mental health. Was trying to find myself in my early 20s. Then spent the last two years trying to pass the Hesi in which I finally did! My STNA license unfortunately expired so I’m retaking that class as a requirement. Applications were sent out and I received my acceptance letter last week for the program😭🤍. I’m 29 years old and absolutely terrified that I’m not going to be smart enough despite working in healthcare the last 10 years of my life. I’m an overthinking hypochondriac who lacks all faith and confidence in herself 😅🥲 Scared to get myself in too deep for something that possibly isn’t meant for me, but I’ve already came too far to quit so here we are LOL.

I love this! Im in nursing school and I see all these posts of big white boards and all these supplies that leave me feeling so far behind. I end up questioning if im doing it right because i dont go all out in my supplies, just notebook with a few colored pens so i can differentiate some stuff but thats it

I’m in accelerated program starting August. If I fail ONE class I have to repeat the entire program… so failing one exam is scaring tf outta me. Praying for all the girlies going through nursing school.🙏

I just enrolled yesterday… I have 3 kids & work at a salon as a nail technician. My son is 4 and my daughters are 2, I am so nervous but doing what I have to for our future. I recently got diagnosed with POTS & I’m fully involved in my church as well but I trust in God to help me these next few years. I feel so unmotivated when everybody around me is saying how hard it’s going to be. I understand it’s going to be hard but my kids & I deserve a future. I’m doing what I have to do & I just love babies so much I want to be a labor and delivery nurse SO BAD.😭🩷any tips would be appreciated I start Monday!
