I don’t have a diagnosis, but I do have an SI joint belt and I literally don’t know how I’d live without it at this point. Out of all the supports and sleeves and braces I’ve collected throughout the years, the SI joint belt is by far the most important for me.

I hace a love/hate relationship with compression. my joints and muscles love it, but my digestion, circulation, and sensory aversion do not 😳

I make an SI adjustment (by squeezing a folded pillow between my knees and squeezing as hard as I can) every morning before getting of bed. It's been a game changer.

As someone who had TERRIBLE pubic symphysis pain during pregnancy, I can attest joints that “don’t move” can be so significant! I’m also pretty certain I’m hypermobile.

I saw your post about this earlier so I got an SI belt. Interestingly, It helps me with sleep. Instead of my usual rotisserie chicken sleep where I keep turning all night, the SI belt gives me a feeling of stabilization. I sleep so well! Game changer!

I can't differentiate between ligaments and tendons moving and then popping back into place or SI subluxation because I get this sharp pain right where the SI joints are and I have no idea if it's a subluxation from the SI joint or a tendon/ligament out of place.

As I lay in bed with my never ending lower back pain and sometimes when I lay flat on my back and move certain way or kinda squeeze ? That will pop. This is why my heated seats stay on no matter the temp when I’m driving lol

I used to roll back while holding my knees and pop that joint on the gym floor in school. It always felt amazing.
