its called eddo leaf in guyana this is how we cook it in guyana we fry it with
onions garlic and chicken and u add the leaf and you add coconut milk
and dry season of your choice its very delicious that way u should try it sometimes we love it here in guyana🇬🇾 like if you see this 👍 😊

In Kenya we either boil the arrowroots(taro) for breakfast with tea, fry them or make salted crisps. The leaves while growing up mum would make porridge with it but it tasted really bad 👎

yes yes..you must try the leaves with coconut milk...with some nice seasonings and herbs...like chives tyme garlic pimento..you could add pumpkin too..and boil it up until soft and then blend it...it makes a lovely callaloo.
