exactly. companies get well paid for. so IF work did run over it was because employers deadline mean if we have to stay longer because we followed guidelines of being safe and reasonable to the company's unreasonable dead lines that without our approval was put on us. so working faster, things get missed, but we have to rush or miss ur deadline instead of making it reasonable. ive been very detailed about what needs to be done because we had 3 to 5 times more to do under the same , now, 32 hrs being considered full time.
