Not all contact is a penalty. This was way too soft for a pk and Scotland tried to do this the entire 2nd half because they couldn’t get a shot off.

We can only hope this match officiating continues in major club leagues next season, what a difference…improved flow of play, diving/initiating contact for fouls not being rewarded, dead ball restarts not taking a lifetime…what a breath of fresh air
