all I know is I was a ball of nerves all the years I was around them, it impacted how clear headed I was at work and in social situations l, I now am a completely different person thanks to going no contact, way more comfortable socially and because Im no longer second guessing everything I say or do theres a sense of confidence that I never knew was there. It took YEARS!!!!

Yes me. That’s why I am no contact. They’re happy when things get hard for me because it was hard for them. They don’t know what love is, when you wish only the best for other people and if they don’t have it, you help as much as you can!
