I have the same issues you have been having. Hear me out...for me, it is the lack of stomach acid and I eat.....drum roll, like 3 bites of Sauerkraut before eating every meal a day😳 it literally has been a life saver. It supports the stomach with what is lacking and helps digest food more smoothly.
