yes, so that is a bait and switch scam. you didn't say anything implying it isn't; you just said the reasons it happens, which is just common knowledge guesses but more specific and informed.

i disagree. as 40 years buying from china i never got scammed with good sample and bad delivery.always consistent first years around 1980 quality was. poor overall. around y 2000 it improved.now is absolutely on par with "eur made"products.we all know why.
