I’ve had people ask if I’m Japanese. I’ve had people guess Korean, Thai, Filipino, completely off. And then there’s people who somehow know immediately. But I love when people guess wrong… Because it’s the biggest compliment to hear what you saw when you looked at me. And besides… All Asian women are gorgeous. So thank you 🥰 2. We contain multitudes, and you can’t predict which version shows up Yes, we can be soft, quiet, and sweet. But some days it’s the stubbornness nobody warned you about, the Asian work ethic on full display, and a temper that comes out of nowhere. Other days it’s comfort food, old dramas on in the background, and the most gentle energy you’ve ever been around. You don’t get to choose which version shows up. We don’t either. It’s basically weather forecasting at this point 😂 3. We love when a man is genuinely curious about our culture Not just the “exotic” part. The best men are the ones who actually want to understand the world that made us who we are. And when you do show that curiosity? Well… you get the best version of us too 😌
