At the risk of sounding very wrong here, I have been watching this situation for several years. What I do not understand is, why are they going after you because if it really is illegal, then about half the Hexenshoppens on rt340 should be charged as well! Seriously, card reading is a huge part of the PA Dutch culture, and nearly every damn Hexenshoppen on 340 had some form of card reading. And yes, you had to pay to have it done. My mom's cousin (who I always thought was her aunt) Ruth had her own card reading shop near the former edge weapon museum. So I'm not just talking out of my a** trying to impress you lol.
