I always got the ‘oh you’d have made such a great mum as the kids always listen to you’ nah I’m good thanks I like that I can leave kids with their parents and go home to my furbabies instead 😂

My mum never wanted us. It never got better. Maybe a bit when we got older. But then sis got children. Mum don't want grandchildren. 😂👍

My mother in law has been bad about asking me & my husband to have at least 1 kid. She never wanted kids herself & accidentally got pregnant. She loves her son so much & is happy she had him. But I asked her one day if she could go back, would she have actively chosen to have kids? And she said no. I appreciated the honesty, & I think that helped her respect our decision a little more.
