Not gonna lie Gen Z has a HUGE problem with this. I realized at work. There are NO Gen Z people. We had one girl but she got fired after a year because she kept starting drama and acting like the workplace. Was a TikTok video 😂 I thought it was hilarious ngl.

I hate those that problem solve for every situation I bring up relative to my life. There’s no understanding of my problem, only a solution they conjured up and think is the ‘fix’ to my issue. It’s worse when it’s some dumb shi too.

yes.. but the worst problem is when they deflect and make you the villian to avoid their shame or guilt. You bring up a problem, a behaviour that hurt you and 20 mins later they are the victim and want you to apologise to them. It literally wrecks your brain
