I’m loving this season, I do think production needs to go back to being messy like they were in season 5 but I’m still enjoying every episode! Last season I dreaded every episode tbh

it feels like this season’s islanders (especially men) don’t understand that authenticity in their couples is what truly makes them connect with the audience. that’s why people are still rooting for melanie and disingenuous, kenzie and cornbin. at least they genuinely seem to like each other. the only couple that really seems to get this is bryce and trinity. kc finding it strange that they are voted as top 4 just shows he doesn’t understand the point of the show. it’s not about how long you’ve been locked in. it’s about ACTUALLY liking your partner. if you have doubts, you should communicate to each other and explore other people to test your connection. its weird seeing people online constantly target islanders who are genuinely trying to build their relationships compared to the ones who clearly do not like each other that much. the audience also seems to forget that islanders don’t have to entertain every bombshell if they already feel secure in their current couples. it’s a dating show after all. we need to see how their relationships are evolving and it doesn’t necessarily mean through kissing other people. bombshells should be the ones putting in the effort to get to know people. and if someone gets pulled for a chat, why are their partners getting upset about it if it is only the initial chat (anaiya)?!! how else are you supposed to know each other?! also, production needs to stop queerbaiting with zack and bryce moments. it’s getting old and its damaging for the islanders after the show
