I’m not sure if anyone will see this comment from here but there’s lots of visual artists in the chat. I want to create a neurodivergent tarot deck to make it make more sense to my own brain as well as other neurodivergent people. But I want to create the deck with a different artist for each card which means the deck is not “uniform” anyways. My idea has been to gift each artist the finished deck as payment. I’m curious if anyone here thinks the idea is good or also if being gifted the deck is fair for payment of sorts. It will be a long project and something I will document and in the book I want to have an artist profile of sorts for the card with explanations. To give you an idea: instead of 4 of swords it could be chronic illest and then a drawing that sums that up in this modern world. Happy to hear feedback etc. I will talk about it more soon but I know it’s a long project to complete.
