Hon. Sawyerr Maame Pokuah Queenstar also the Agona East MP stepped on nerves of MMDCEs and Assembly members at the committee sitting in Koforidua Friday June 20,2026 when she harshly suggested the MCE for Birim Central Solomon Kusi Brako to have abandoned her wife at the Hospital Theater to attend to the Committee first. MCE seeked permission from leadership that his wife was at the theater undergoing the Cesarean section hence May not be able to attend the Committee meeting. But the committee chairperson was livid stating that the excuse is unturnable that the MCE is not a Doctor therefore should have left the wife to come to the committee meeting earlier.
