Skyversie :
Long before the heroes of ancient Greece, a legendary creature was born from an impossible event. According to Greek mythology, Pegasus, the magnificent winged horse, emerged from the blood of Medusa after she was defeated by the hero Perseus. From the very beginning, Pegasus was no ordinary animal. He was believed to possess incredible speed, unmatched strength, and the ability to fly across the heavens.
The gods considered Pegasus a sacred creature, and many heroes dreamed of capturing him. Only the brave Bellerophon succeeded, using a golden bridle said to be a gift from the goddess Athena. Together, they defeated the fearsome Chimera, a fire-breathing monster that had terrorized entire kingdoms.
But their greatest challenge came from pride. Believing himself worthy of the gods, Bellerophon tried to ride Pegasus to Mount Olympus. Zeus refused to allow a mortal into the divine realm and sent a tiny insect to sting Pegasus. Startled, the winged horse threw Bellerophon back to Earth.
Pegasus continued his journey alone, carrying thunderbolts for Zeus and serving the gods. As a reward for his loyalty, he was placed among the stars, where the constellation Pegasus can still be seen today, keeping the ancient legend alive across the night sky.
