It seems everybody is confused, I'll explain: Karmelo was dodging rain, Austin and crew see that he's opposing Team member under tent. Austin/crew initiate confrontation by demanding Karmelo leave. Witnesses say Austin initiates physical shove etc to Karmelo. Karmelo it seems, is outnumbered and aggressed upon with force. Karmelo is in posession of a pocket knife, which he uses to return physical attacks; noted an escalation of force. In use of weapon Austin is struck by Karmelo. According to known footage and Karmelo's words, Austin's demise was not intended or known at the time Karmelo left the scene. Karmelo interacted immediately with his Coach- admitting to harming Austin. Second interaction with Police-admitting to harming Austin. Obvious conclusion? A young group of boys made a series of bad decisions: starting with Austin/crew aggressing Karmelo with physicality-->Karmelo using pocket knife to harm Austin. A loss of life and the ruination of another. The admittance of action by Karmelo indicates remorse and worry after the fact, and defines his intent to appeal current verdict from Mrdr to an appropriate Manslaughter.
