Eid_ul_adha special Bannu Pulao بنوں پُلاؤ Ingredients * 1 kg meat * ½ cup yoghurt * ½ tbsp red chilli powder * ½ tbsp turmeric powder * 2 tbsp pulao masala * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste * ½ cup oil * 2 onions (sliced) * 2 tomatoes (chopped) * 1 tbsp salt * 3 glasses warm water * 2 cinnamon sticks * 2 bay leaves * 4–5 cloves * 1 tbsp cumin seeds * 1 tbsp garam masala * 1½ glasses rice (soaked for 3 hours) * Few green chillies Method of Preparation 1. Marinate meat with yoghurt, chilli powder, turmeric, pulao masala, black pepper, and ginger garlic paste for 1 hour. 2. Heat oil and fry onions until dark brown. Add tomatoes and salt, cover for 1 minute, then mash well. 3. Add marinated meat and sauté well. 4. Transfer to pressure cooker, add warm water and whole spices. Cook for 12–15 minutes after first whistle. 5. Once meat is tender, add soaked rice and green chillies. 6. Cook again on low flame for 4–6 minutes after whistle. 7.
