@krissy8899: This exchange was straight up wild. This Father had been through hell already with false allegations from the Mother, all proven false in court. During this exchange, this Father didn’t have his usual helmet cam or witness, but thankfully he had a backup camera rolling. The Mother and her Boyfriend set up their own camera (clearly trying to set him up), and her Father even staged an assault by flopping so hard that paramedics had to come. They were all in on it, trying to get him arrested the day before a $14k/month support hearing. Cops showed up, cuffed this Father, and after watching his video footage, realized it was a setup. Charges were dropped, and the court later ruled the whole thing a “staged assault.” That could’ve cost him everything, but he fought back and won sole custody of his 3 kids.
