clearly the previous architects of the constitution managed to aggrandise coups and treason ie to allow coup d'etat s to be legal this is unheard of how can citizens be shot by their army and a professor of law finds it normal says this one is absurd parliament moved to correct that anormally and protect Zimbabwean citizens so when zimbos. we're shot the army used it's power to instil fear in the masses and the good professor of law still thinks that the army must continue to decide issues of governance instead of elections and other legal routes like appointment etc
