After reading other posts and commentary from the one woman, I can’t take a side. But here’s what I saw: The seated woman had been sitting up there solo since 6-7am. The other woman climbed up long after (this video was 9:43 am) and it *looked* like she was trying to get above, or push the other woman off her seat to take it.
