@stuieismusick: On June 14, 2025, I placed an order with The Dimebag Rig Project and was excited to support the business and receive the item I purchased. Unfortunately, after all this time, I still have not received my order. Over the past year, I have tried reaching out multiple times to get updates about my order. Communication has been very limited, and I have been left waiting without any clear answers. At one point, I even had a friend contact him on my behalf, and he was told that my order would be sent out again. Despite being told that a replacement order would be shipped, I still have not received anything. I have been patient and understanding because I know small businesses can run into issues, delays, and personal situations. However, after waiting this long and being told that another order would be sent, I feel it is only fair to share my experience. This post is not meant to attack anyone. I simply want answers, accountability, and either the product I paid for or a resolution to the situation. If anyone else has had a similar experience, I would appreciate hearing from you. Order date: June 14, 2025. Still waiting for my order over a year later. Even after being told a replacement would be sent, nothing has arrived.
