i think a lot of people set themselves up by ignoring the so so many times the cast and crew said this season will be really different from the other two. like they were so open about the jarring tone shift and people are complaining about watching the jarring tone shift like 😭 the episodes aren’t perfect but i don’t get people who say it’s a completely different show especially based on one episode where lestat was on lsd and mdma for half of it
