I’m so glad you washed and snapped your asparagus. I can’t tell you how many people I see on this app cut them all uniformly with out washing them and I cringe everytime

Hear me out, peel your lemon in bit chunks and add them to your water as it boils. Then take out the peels before you cook the pasta. Gives it a huge lemon flavor. SO GOOD!! I usually just have it with olive oil, lemon juice, and parm. Sometimes add some asparagus and shrimp or whatever else you like. It’s so lemony and so delicious!!!

How do you cook so easily in stainless steel! When I’ve tried cooking in them before everything would stick. Is it the specific brand you have that makes it easier? Or is there a trick you use? Love this recipe! 🫶🏻
