Please don’t forget criminal records. I came across someone saying that the reason for his unemployment was bcos of a case he had while in early years of uni, he kept applying for jobs and always gets rejected, he went to see if he can remove that from his name, he was told that he has to wait another 10yrs, mind you he can’t get loans to start a business bcos of the same criminal records.

🫶stru🤞 employment is not forced, its trained. Forced labor, unskilled labor high salaries, rights knowing work force, equals missed dead lines equals serious shortfall and big losses to the business. Big losses to the business retrenchment and the end result folding the business because its running at a loss. Close of existing business serious employment, down scaling of employees to maximize profits. no win win business is to make a profit not charity.
