I think the blue AI's darker personality is a result of using Caine's inner monolog as a replacement for the training data it used to get. Caine started to make irregular shapes in his flashback, suggesting he was self-aware from the start. The blue AI, conversely, never made any indication that it could operate on its own. What little awareness it has was likely developed by observing Caine's thoughts and reflecting that back at Caine like how it would respond to the training data with shapes. In the post credit scene, Caine puts in a cabinet like an item rather than another thinking person. This suggests that when on its own, the blue AI is just a bot waiting for an input, rather than a full fledged person. This would make Caine's "I'm sorry for doing this to you buddy" line make sense, as Caine is recognizing the negative influence he's been to the blue AI.

I think the blue ai is bubble, after he removed the blue ai bubble was nowhere to be seen. And the reason Caine got so angry in episode 8 was because of bubble. Plus I love Caine and he’s a good guy, he’s cool
