@joexfitness: Click the link in my bio to apply to coach one-on-one with me ✨ ⇩ Full Recipe 🥩 ⇩ Macros per serving: Protein: 41g Carbs: 79g Fat: 13g Calories: 615 Ingredients per 2 servings: - 2/3 cups jasmine rice, uncooked/raw - 1/3 cup beef bone broth - 8 oz top sirloin, raw - 1 large yellow onion - 2.5 tbsp minced garlic - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tbsp honey - 2 tsp black pepper - 1 cup corn Topping: - 2 fried eggs - 1/3 second spray oil - 1 green onion - 1/2 tbsp light butter How to make it yourself: 1. Thinly slice your green onions and yellow onion. 2. Thinly slice your top sirloin. 3. In a bowl, mix together your sirloin, minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and black pepper. 4. Wash your rice. 5. In your rice cooker, add your uncooked rice, beef bone broth, yellow onion, marinated beef, corn, and cook for 20 minutes. 6. In a pan coated with spray oil, fry two eggs. 7.
