#CapCut دوه کسان هيڅ وخت مه بخښه 🤔 يوچې سادتاپه عزت باندې واروکړي اودوهم🤔🤔🤔 #viralvideo #trendingsound #batoorzai How to forget the people who disrespect you? You usually don’t “erase” people from your mind on command. What actually works is reducing their emotional impact on you until they stop occupying space in your thoughts. When someone disrespects you, your brain keeps replaying it because it’s trying to understand or protect you from it happening again. So the goal isn’t forced forgetting—it’s processing and loosening the attachment. One helpful shift is to separate their behavior from your self-worth. Disrespect says more about their character, limits, or emotional control than about your value. If you keep linking it to your identity, your mind keeps it alive longer than it deserves. Another step is reducing mental “replays.” Every time you catch yourself going back to the situation, deliberately redirect your attention to something concrete—work, learning, physical activity, or even a small task. Not to suppress it, but to stop feeding it repeatedly. It also helps to create distance where possible. That can mean less contact, muted social media, or simply not discussing them with others. Out of sight doesn’t magically erase memory, but it reduces triggers. Finally, replace the space they take in your mind with something better: goals, skills, friendships, routines. The brain doesn’t do “empty”—if you don’t replace it, it fills the space with old thoughts. If you want, tell me what kind of disrespect you experienced—family, friends, or workplace—and I can suggest a more specific way to handle it without it affecting your peace so much.
