Drive almost all the way to the top, then hike the rest. The trail up to the lookout is short but steep, with an uneven, rocky path that requires some scrambling over boulders to reach the summit. Totally doable — but hold your little ones’ hands and take it slow. The views at the top are absolutely worth every rocky step.
