Jesus spoke about it when he said don't you know that he who created them, created them man and wife. we can see from the creation that God wanted a man to have one wife. if he wanted men to have many wives he would have made 3 Eves rather than 1 Eve. please read the gospel carefully, you will here Jesus saying something about 1 wife

Yes polygamy is sin and those in it are in chains. Literally! That is what God revealed to us during our study of this topic. Abram and Jacob were polygamists until they became new creations ..ABRAHAM and ISRAEL. You can walk with God and still live in error UNTIL He comes to dwells inside of you. God told Abraham to cut loose Hagar and warned Abimalech to touch Sarah and die! Polygamy is sugarcoated adultery which is not only sin against man, but against God Himself. See what Joseph told Portiphar’s lustful wife. God’s standard is one man one woman. Jesus told them to go to the beginning to see God’s divine order and standard. This is where a line is drawn between YHWH the true and living God and the other so called gods who permit openly permit polygamy. Let him with an ear hear!
