Ur correct, it’s not the ECHR & uk left the eu, so new eu policies no longer applies to us. The issue is the human rights act that was brought into uk statute in 1998

does that mean and im not trying to speculate that Farage trying to scrap ECHR is actually a bad move? if that not the reason we are letting this happen then what is? I mean im currently sold with restore anyway but if reform are using the ECHR as a scapegoat that's pretty alarming considering they are currently most likely to win. Genuinely hope its just overthinking on my part and that isnt the case as reform would be the consolation prize imo but their something about reform I dont trust, possibly the ex tories or Farages language changing each time or even smearing Lowe.

This is 100% correct. I researched it and did a long form video about it a few months ago. The findings were it’s the application of our system that makes it an issue. We can keep it as is and make our own decisions.

Of course people in the UK are being constantly lied to. In Poland we often deport people within days and we are in the EU. British politicians clearly don’t want to do it. If they wanted to they would. That’s true for all politicians everywhere actually

I think people realise it’s not the ECHR - but the few cases the ECHR do pass are a mockery of ‘human rights’. Like the guy whose kid only likes UK nuggies. We also all know the Government want this, they want civil unrest so they can implement full control. We already have seen them now sneaking in digital ID under ‘child protection’. They are all lairs.
