RECIPE Ingredients 4 chicken breast fillets 1 cup Sirimon Everyday Cheese, grated 1 cup spinach, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp mixed herbs Salt and black pepper 1 tbsp olive oil METHOD 1. Butterfly and flatten the chicken breasts. 2. Mix cheese, spinach, garlic, paprika and herbs. 3. Fill each breast and roll tightly. 4. Brush with olive oil and season. Air fry at 190°C for 20 minutes. 5. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 6.
