The strength of the Hainanese is to take any dish and make it more savoury and tasty. Especially British food, they are bland but thanks to the Hainanese cooks they become signature fairs wherever the Hainsnese had applied their expertise. Also, take the ordinary tea or coffee, if it's Hailam prepared, its taste is uplifting.
